Return and Refund Policy

At Ammy's Family Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have up to 15 days from the final delivery date of your last package to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care products, intimate apparel, or innerwear cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return or if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team at ammysfamilyshop@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
