Shipping Policy

At Ammy's Family Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates
Standard shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days for most items. However, depending on product availability, destination, or supplier locations, certain items may take slightly longer to arrive. 

3. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.

5. Questions & Assistance
If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe or have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us at support@ammysfamilyshop.com with your name and order number, and we will gladly assist you.
